I have been a fan of the Fallout series going back to 1997 when the first game came out. I have played both Fallout and Fallout 2 multiple times to completion, something I almost never do with other games. Because of this love I have with Fallout I belive it should be ported to the iPad. This is why:

1. Baldur's Gate and Baldur's Gate 2 are being released for the iPad later this year (Summer and before the end of the year).
2. Fallout needs to be introduced to the next generation and not in the FPS form done by Bethesda (I did enjoy their contributions to the series but I like the originals more).

Now I know the first reason you (gamesas) will say that you can't do this is from a lack of funds. Well I would then say you should creat a Kickstarter project. I think you would be able to get up the funds to make a wonderful port over to the iPad and make a killing in the App Store.

I just created this forum account for this post alone. Please give this idea some serious thought.

Alas, we cannot make iPad versions of Fallout 1/2 since we do not have the rights to do so.

Trust us, if we could, we would have done so by now! ^_^ Even if it was just so we could play the game ourselves!

Bethesda is the rights older and they would have to license it or perform the port themselves.
