Hi, my name is Chris. I am a Huge Fallout Fan....... I desperately want a Fallout RPG and you are not really working on one so I have started one. I basically and hoping to get permission from you to make a Fallout RPG (using your terms and pictures). When I am done I will gladly send you a copy for your approval. (Honestly, regardless of your answer I am going to finish my work..... But I would still like your opinion and input on my project with the chance that you will embrace my work and system). Fallout is a great environment, great system and great game. Selling your rights to it was in my opinion the greatiest mistake you could have ever did.

We no longer have the rights to the Fallout material (beyond publishing the original games in their original format for the next few years or so).

So, unfortunately, we can't even discuss giving you permission for your project.

You will need to contact Bethesda and seek their permission.
