custom light wieght weapon and more freerunning parkour obst

i would like to get opinions on adding a bladed weapon for the light weight class, i would like to see this because the lightwieght body type is best used in my opinion as a sniper or a hit and run type of soldier. If you could unlock double blades for this body type(like in the trailer for the game) i feel it would give the lightwieght class to distract the enemy team by a hit and run tactic (considering the low health of the lightwight) with the blades you could slide into a group knocking an enemey down and then dealing a great amout of damage to 1 or 2 players only to dip out into a chase taking the attintion of the enemy team allowing your teamates to strike. and this brings me to my next point. as someone that preferres the lightwieght class because of your versatility i feel that theres not enough free run lines for me to truly out minuver someone that is on my tail dont get me wrong i love how the S.M.A.R.T system works i just enjoy it so much that i want more, i want more room and obsticuls that allow me to do some crazy freerunning lines that would lead to more freerunning lines that would disperse to every part of the map. I WANT MORE!!!! please write your opinion

P.S. i want a high damage close range double swords (not 1 hit kill swords, maybe like 2 hits)i want the high damage to balance the low health of the lightwieght body type and allow a player to really use his surroundings to trick and trap strey enemies or to cause a distraction by attracting the enemy team (with more than 2 eniemies in a group) and then taking off after dealing major damage to 1 or 2 of the enemy team players. this allows the lightwieght class to be more effective on the front lineand more effective as a team player by what i call the hit and run tactic

I have to agree with you the game is one of the most fun games i have played but adding that little thing can make that game all the better for curtian people playing and make the game well rounded even more than it is now. Im not saying the game is bad its amazing but it would be cool if they added that.

More free running is a must, definitely the best part of this game. When I heard of the smart system this is probably my bad but I was hoping for something assassins creed-esque with the free run sections. Still though think SD did a bang up job getting the S.M.A.R.T to work. As for the blades.... ummm i think thats why they gave us pistols, double blades just sounds pointless to me. Honestly if i was going to ask for anything for the lights it would be dual pistols, just because it was in the trailer.

(Side note: i know that pre rendered doesnt mean anything when it comes to the actual game but come on dual wield is not that hard).

I am happy with the current melee implementation. I would, however, like to see a 2 pistol option for the light type.

I would love more deadly melee weapons as secondaries. Like a machete. Lose the pistol and just run around with the blade, maybe 150% damage of a normal knife strike. Give those Operatives something to do when they sneak up in disguise. Dual blades isn't necessary, but better melee would be a welcome change. I like getting up close, but I'd love to stop shooting for a stab or two when I get in really close.

There is a ton of free running in this game. On every map are minimum 2 routes you can only reach with a light.

So anyway, I agree that they shouldn't tease us with blades in the trailer if it wasn't in the game. -hell, everything else is in there- There's also more maps in the upcoming DLC and player content. -better be more weapons too- So maybe there'll be more complex levels for parkour nuts. I would like to see some akimbo blades or pistols. -akimbo anything else would make ledge grabs, etc. impossible-

More seriously, my usual dual-wielding suggestion.

Pistol/Dual Wield should be added as a primary weapon option.

if you select a pistol as primary, you'll be able to swap between using BOTH weapons (Secondary and pistol), or just your secondary. When dual wielding, you have a pistol-whip melee - gunbutt damage, but no knockdown, and can't ADS - ADS button will fire one weapon, fire button fires the other. Also, minor accuracy/stability drop for the chosen secondary weapon (because you're using it in your off-hand). When you swap weapons, because you're mostly just moving the pistol, you'll always swap at the pistol's equip speed, and disregard that stat on your secondary.
