Ok, so I pre-ordered rage, so i got the anarchy stuff. Problem, the game didn't work, so i got a refund and bought the xbox version. I was wondering if anybody new an email address for id software so i can tell them about this problem, because I really want the anarchy stuff, and I personly don't think its fair that I pre-ordered it and I can't have the pre-order stuff. Also if any administrators could help with this problem, it would be great.

Not quite sure, but let me quickly ask you: Did you get a refund from Steam? Cause if you otherwise just returned the game box to a store, then if someone else buys it they won't be able to register it since it'll be tied to your account so they can't play.

No, I got a refund from gamestop, and yes I understand that once its registered it can't be played on another, but still, I've waited 5-6 years for this game, and its a big let down I can't use the anarchy stuff.
