They are talking about this same patch for more than a month ..., carmack mentioned it first long ago, always get's delayed

Yeah let's hope so. Otherwise it'd be laughable if there's not much to it other than being 'just a patch that fixes some bugs'. It's likely though there is a good reason for it though.

IF only we had more information to chew, in the meantime.

No info doesn't keep anyone talking, except a few core guys here like we, therefore no info no community.

There not much community because all the ranting and raving against the game has scared people away and the fact there never was much to talk about in the first place. The gameplay isn't exactly rocket science and there aren't even a lot of graphics settings that can be tweaked. Other then troubleshooting that leaves just hard core technical discussions and even those are limited since we don't have a comprehensive patch or level editor.

I expect it will be bundled with a patch to prepare for the sale of DLC... or not come out at all. I really hoped they would breathe some life into this game. I enjoyed my first playthrough and look for a reason to play it again.

I don't really care about patch as I've had few tech issues w/ the game.
And quality control in game was very high.
I want dlc & an end to the [censored]ing!

I want to see what the texture interpolation looks like and what modders can do with the game, but otherwise just give more!

I'm waiting for them to release the source so I can start modding...

Is there going to be any upcoming DLC /PSN add ons for the game? Expansions maybe?

Offcouse their not going to buy the game , every I'd fan boy is going to tell them to sell there ati card on eBay, or have u tired the last six [censored] driver updates....
