I play with my fACE do to being disabled but still beat this game on all difficulty levels which proves if I can do it than you can too. I desperately want some more DLC!

I think it makes the driving better myself. The scenery in the first half of the game is just awesome at high speeds and I'm sure it would stutter more and be less enjoyable without 60fps.

All games benefit from 60 FPS.

Theoretically you'd have to have something over 120fps before it becomes debatable if a game can benefit, but I was asking if it made it noticeably more enjoyable.
