Stop exploding, Genius.
Let me explain what's going on, so those of you that are not technically inclined can understand what's going on.
When you connect to a game, you're character's skin and model are not on the Host's cached content that is passed between the host and the clients (everyone else on the P2P network)
In order to avoid the lag of downloading, caching, and uploading the models of players constantly joining and leaving games, a new player is given the skin of the host.
Once the next match loads, all of the new players will be properly skinned in their own customization. That way all the lag happens before a match, not during it.
On a side note: If it bothers you so much, remove Sense of Perspective, it's much better to be able to dodge bullets instead by being able to move... just MHO.
