Put the disc in my PS3 again after 2-3 months or so (busy with Arkham City, Uncharted 3, ICO, Rage and a pretty long backlog ). I played for 3 hours or so and the game crashed/froze 5 times (it only crashed like once a week before) on me and in the last 30 mins it kept dumping (freeplay/public/no specifics) me in an empty server without any players or bots... I actually enjoyed one hour (players avarage from 6 to 12 in the games) out of 3

Not much since I'm from Europe haha. Other timezone over here. But yesterday it was as usual again.. no crashes and more players! Maybe it was because I just installed the latest update (with the clan sup.) or something. For the first time I also got an ingame message on my screen while playing? I've never seen that before... it was from some guy calling me a cheater. I wasn't even playing that good :batman:. Tried to find a reply thing but there were no messages to my psn account. weird!

lag shots often appear as cheating so he may have been lagging ducked round' a corner but you already killed him so on his screen you shot him through walls.
or maybe you saw him on your radar or guessed where he'd be or maybe just bumped into him on accident a number of times which would seem like chams.( more or less x-ray vision)
or he may be new and not have body armor or realize how much stronger buffed weps are and think your using modifications.

this is why you need to be able to spot true hackers before you rage on them, good way to find the latest hacks is YouTube they post their "pwns" and show people how to cheat.

i usually get yelled at for speed hacks on Combat Arms but i never cheat i just use the vids to see how people do cheat and be able to call them on it better if you just pop around a corner and get an instant hs it may be reflex and luck , if you do it 7 times in a row 1-6 (7th guy wasn't even near you) then you need to go to vegas...quickly, or stop cheating either way is good (you'll get viruses from both cheating and Vegas' air). (p.s. nobody on PC games hack they just buy exe.'s and throw it in a folder here or there , hackers need to be able to break and make codes where as cheaters are just little kids who can't play for sh!t lol)

rage forever brothers. :chaos: :mohawk: :chaos:

I'm thinking of making a return soon, on PS3 that is. I dropped FPS for a while and have played third person action games instead. Brink is more fun that the inputlaggy BF3. Watch out as I will be throwing caltrops all over the place :)

I honestly think the biggest thing we have to worry about here is, since the Clan Site/ Tournaments still did'nt have that many players/ clans online will this be the end for BRINK? There hasn't been that much going on other then these recent events. So regardless spike in players or not I think it's safe to say from BRINK's track record that S.D. and Beth are done with it.

I know I haven't played in a while and I've came back to hopefully see the game doing better.

I could be wrong, but it looks like SD has given up. With so many complaints, one would assume that SD would use the feedback as grounds for improvement. But I don't see any effort towards it. They're not out to please their consumers, it's more or less "If they don't like it how we released it, tough [censored]."

it saddens me. I was really looking forward to play an awesome game. Close but not quite. :/
