• new weapons like American and Russian and more country's, specific, AK-47 and variants, M-16, colt 1911, Styer Aug, Fn fal semi to full auto, RPG, AR-15, I.E.D. weapons for resistance, a good shot gun, and other? post your thoughts.
  
• Vehicles? nothing big but maybe? At the reactor level it is surrounded by water maybe a gun boat part? on the streets maybe a part were you use the gunships for a air assault. the resistance could use a remote control plane toy with a bomb on it for operatives. maybe a troop escort vehicles.
  
• maybe a dirty bomb level
  
• new gear, more items that the resistance scavenged, cops better uniform.
