ok guys.......with" basic" brink i reached level 20 and 400.000 xp points....i bought DLC agent of change and i reached level 24 and 503.250 xp points and after ? my xp points are still blocked and do not increase...do i have to buy another DLC to go on ?

After Lv 24 the experience will not increase no matter what you do. It's like if you reached the end of the Leveling up system. So yeah, that's it. It will only increase again if you create another character or if you delete all your Abilities for 1 Lv of decreasion, but that's only if you want to change your Abilities.
