BEFORE YOU REPLY READ THIS:
I have tried to 'Update Driver Software' and it says that my Driver Software is up to date, I still can not run the game. I am looking for a solution, please help me if you can.

I have paid for the complete set of this game on STEAM, I have no way of getting a refund. Let your conscious handle the rest..

After a lot of searching, I found no help. But I have solved it though!

Just uninstall your current Video Driver and restart your computer. You should get a VGA Standard Driver or something. After you restart your computer, update the driver via the internet and it will find you a Video Driver that is best suited for your computer. It worked for me, if it doesn't work for anyone else just give up. (Don't worry if you can only see 1/4 if your computer screen once you uninstall your current Driver, it is suppose to do that. It will go back to normal once you get a new Driver.)

via = by way of.

P.S.

Brink can be very lagish, I had to set my video ratio to 4:3 and make my graphics really low to stop the lag.
