I went with her to alot different places to trigger the quest, but it wont . I am level 32 btw, already finished the game 2 times etc. So alot of the dialogue triggers with different people dont work for me, Cause they only say some things once. So the only triggers now are visiting Camp MCarran and some others. But it dont work

Maybe finish some quests with her? or is it a bug?

The only triggers i know work are asking about the great journey during come fly with me, on approaching cottonwood cove, and entering the old mormen fort speak to her after she speaks and she asks you to take her home and hidden valley appears if you have not already discovered it.

At the casa madrid appartments in westside ask Tom anderson what do you do here she speaks again, Goto vault 3 if you have not already been, have veronika open the door to bos bunker after arming archamedes 2. Apart from those you would have to do what i did start a new game and select veronica 1st as there are only 9 triggers and they only work once.
