Now that's not a bad thing really, credit cards can become an issue very quickly for people my age. But I find that not having one is worse. Having to ask my parents to borrow their credit card when I already have the money to make an online purchase, only to have them say "I don't know" bothers me.
So, I think it's time that I got a credit card. I'm not going to use it on anything other than online purchases really, and only then when I already have the money for the item in question. I'm very careful with my finances. I also have a fairly steady source on income, so that's not really an issue either.
As far as credit cards go, what would be a good choice for a starter card? As well, what sort of information should I be looking for? I'd also prefer to be able to design my own card, but obviously that's not the most important factor.
Any advice?
