I can't wait to hear what the new perks are. (I'm on PS3)

I've forgot the area and am in need to recharge my drained microfusion cells, anyone know where a workbench close to the starting area is? - Found one in the basemant of The Clinic.

Anyway, next question, did anything get added to the main game except the level cap and a few perks?
Do the new weapons and that new drink show up at merchants?
Are there any new encounters?
Any new dungeons or buildings placed around there?
Any new quests in the main games area?
