Sierra Madres ending

Post » Thu May 26, 2011 9:03 pm

So from what I've read here, Dead Money, once ended, will not permit you to return. Do you think this is a good move or was it a terrible move?

Either way please explain your feelings of why you do or do not like it ending this way.

I heard you get 2 permanent companions so, I don't care.

As long as you know ahead of time, I don't see it as a problem (like the permanent ending of the main quest).

I still don't like it. One of the biggest problems I had with the Pitt was that once the trogs were dead they didn't respawn. This is even worse, once you leave, you can't go back. And it's not even a simulation like O:A. I'd like to be able to go back and take some time to explore the casino and fight ghost people and such.

I'll still get it, since I can replay it with multiple characters and the new items are cool. I'm also looking forward to trying to find some sort of exploit to get all the stuff out of the level.

I guess we'll just have to consider it the "O:A" of new vegas and hope that future DLCs have towns and areas to explore.

No companions are permanent, considering you can not return once you have finished.

Don't really know what "diva" means but I'm fairly certain it isn't exactly a compliment.

Are any of the unique items hard to find or easy to miss, does choosing certain paths block off certain new items/weapons/attire?

Thanks

Don't think any path get's blocked off before the final quest and after the final quest.
But uhm, the area doesn't have a lot of great loot.
There is an assassin suit in the clinic.
And uhm, I think that's about it.
Everything else is in the actual casino.
