Posted this in the metal thread but was told MM doesn't belong in the metal thread, so I figured I'd make a thread to discuss it if there are any fans here.


But anyway, I bought Marilyn Manson's new album Born Villian on iTunes this past weekend and I have to say I'm loving it. I've loved everything he's done, The High End of Low was actually one of my favorites, but this one is just as good. It's his first album on his own record label, so this is the first time he's had free reign to do whatever he wanted to do.

One of my favorite songs is "Children of Cain", it's pretty awesome. The "You're so Vain" cover featuring Johnny Depp is pretty neat as well. Overall the album sounds good, definitely recommend it.

Yeah, apparently there's a lot of metal that doesn't belong in the metal thread.
