I was just wondering how this game will handle disconnects and dropouts by the "other player". Being that this is an online co-op with just two players if one drops what will happen? Do you get to continue on your own with an AI or is the game dead and you will have to restart the level from the begining with a new player. Also if the game continues will friends and randoms be able to join in later?

This brings up a different question. Can you make private matches so the randoms can't join in. We all know that playing with randoms is just that, random. Some times you get pros and sometimes you get... well you know what I'm talkin about. Even though co-ops are very fun it's all determined on the company you keep. Which is why I got rid of Lost Planet 2.

You'll probably get an AI (same thing with gears of war, I'd guess).

As for private matches, I would guess yes, but who knows?
