We should see more of it at E3 (June) and Quakecon (August) regardless. More at Quakecon than at E3, I would assume.
Willits said way back in 2007 that he didn't think it would slip into 2011, but things might have changed since then.
Bethesda has a relatively stacked release schedule for the fall with Brink and New Vegas and they haven't made any real promotional push for Rage yet (there isn't even a website for the game at the moment).
Holiday 2010 might happen, and if so I'd expect to see a huge PR push starting at E3, with some information trickling out over the following months to keep it in the public eye.
If they just show a standard 30-60 second trailer in June (or just a couple of screenshots) and save all the juicy stuff for Quakecon, I don't think it'll ship until sometime in 2011.
