Just wondering if we'll see any online services integration for Rage, or if it will be a pretty barebones experience in that regard.

Personally I've been hoping for Impulse Reactor integration or something, though they could probably do something over the Quake Live network now.

Are you talking about LFW or whatever it is (Live on the PC)?

If so, there will be achievements. There will also be achievements on the 360, and most definitely trophies on the PS3.

if the go that horrible route of GFWL the first thing i will be doing is disabling it. achievements seem kind of silly and pointless to me but to each their own. if they have to go that route i would probably buy it from steam then since steam doesnt interfere with my games like LIVE did. and to be honest they seem to have better achievement anywyas from the few ive compared to LIVES.

Unfortunately, just because you buy it from Steam doesn't mean it won't have GFWL integrated. Although you probably won't have to actively deal with it, unlike the poor bastards that made the mistake of getting games or DLC from that POS.

This is pretty much a guarantee -- it's required. We'll have more details later on.
