In 2005, Battlefield 2 came to the Gaming scene, and blew many, many, many People all away. Even up until last year, People who had just got a computer to run bf2 well, were buying and trying out Battlefield 2 in the hundreds of numbers.

The recently released Battlefield:Bad Company 2, amazingly improves on every single aspect brought to the table by Battlefield 2, with the exception that the max amount of Players that can game on a bc2 server at once, is 32 Players; as opposed to Battlefield 2's max, of 64.

Trust Me id Software, there are rumors that not only is Battlefield 3 coming out in the foreseeable future; but bf3 will be able to have servers host Gamers, up to the max amount of 128 PEOPLE.

If You All, id Software, forgo having Rage ship with a multiplayer package of the utmost quality, then I will offer My foot in a bet, that Battlefield 3 will murder Rage - - - and dig its coffin, too.

And no, My foot is not leaving Me for any bet. And yes, I demand a free copy of Rage if I win the bet. And no, I will not win the bet, because I do expect Rage to own Butts when it comes out.

So basically there is no discussion here, from what I can see. Or this is an attempt to get people worked up about rumors that may or may not be included in a completely different game?

If you want to discuss how multiplayer should be a priority for Rage, then start a new topic. Without the attempt to troll or flamebait. "My favorite game with my favorite feature can beat your puny game any time, so there." isn't the best way to start and maintain a discussion.
