Missing persons quest went to far back where there is that victim that has been hung by there limbs

While engaged with enemies coming out the room to the left while going backwards looking at the closed door getting knocked back by the enemies melee
I got stuck inwards where the spike with the bones are

I could not jump or move out of there I could swing the camera but had reload auto save to escape
