So I finished the Game on Nightmare difficulty yesterday - but only got the achievements for finishing the campaign on any diff. and on "at least normal". No achievement for Hard and Nightmare! I never changed the diff. setting during my playthrough. Only made use of the easy money glitch - but that can't affect the achievements for hard/nightmare, right? I mean if it would be seen as cheating, why still give any achievments at all...? I also tried reloading my last savegame and finished the game a second time, but no additional achievements popped up.

I could not find anything on the net about this, so I was wondering if anybody had the same problem? Or if there was anything I could do about it other than play again (and fear for ~12 hours that the achievements won't be awarded again).
