Something I found helpful is making a list of how many of each collectible there are in each chapter. Purely as a check to myself to see if Ive missed anything before I go too far in the game and lose track of where I may need to play through again.

Ive tried to keep the amount of possible spolier to a minimum, so there is no location information or even subchapter details, you will need to look for a walkthrough for those, this is just a simple list.

I have not included Crystals, as the number varies depending on how many crystal shards you get dropped as loot.
