Need support: Hunted for PC wont read disc

I bought Hunted for PC over 2 weeks ago. I have requested support and not been contacted by anyone.

1) The first time I inserted the CD onto my PC it didnt read. I ejected the CD and put back in. Game installed correctly
2) Every time I insert the disk to run the game I get the message
No disc inserted.
Please insert the original "Hunted" CD/DVD.

3) I have read all forum entries. Have contacted SecuROM for support, ran their diagnostic tool, emailed the diagnostic information, NEVER a reply after SEVERAL WEEKS! All indications point to a problem with the CD/SecuROM.
4) I have even installed the recommended SecuROM upgrade for the Hunted game.
5) Bethesda is VERY lucky I have been a customer since the first Elder Scrolls over 10 years ago or I would not purchase anymore games from them. Little ticked off right now as my 3 weeks of vacation is over so I wont have the dedicated time to geek and play.

Look, I need support. I want the game working.

Thanks GStaff for your help. You pushed SecuROM and they contacted me directly. Pulled up my old emails. It is certainly a problem with their 3rd party software. They sent me a patch that didnt work but I was a little slow in getting back with them. I will continue to work this through SecuROM.
