I have never seen the unreal engine run so badly(well ok BIoshock was pretty bad but it never droped below 10FPS) And I can play rage(bad textures and all) on super high setting and never drop below 50FPS so I have a hard time beliveing its my rig, I have ran it on meduim and high settings and it dose nothing to lower the shuttering.
