like I had said in title, looking for a crew thats relatively new and still looking for command positions. The reason I do not create one myself is because I do work so I'm usually busy throughout the days on the weekdays. I'm much better in a lead position than just being a member though
I'm currently level 15 Rank 3, I play as an operative 99% of the time, I've completed both resistance & security and the what-if's (I side with resistance). I choose to play operative most of the time and none else b/c I believe that one player of each class, for example a medic who has adrenaline & metabolism & sprint speed, or an engineer who has up to the heavy Gatling turret, or a soldier who has up to satchel charges are ultimately better than a bunch of people running around as the same class with only the standard or 1-star skills unlocked. I only usually have to play outside of operative in pugs when there are 23 engineers but the objective requires a soldier (lol).
I do have a mic and I do use it, as an operative I do stay with the team, but sometimes I will disguise myself and jet off on my own, I only do this if I see an enemy turret giving our team grief, or if we need a quick decoy. Usually the decoy means me dying but I always take more than one with me and its advantageous enough for the team in my opinion, I've hacked plenty of turrets in enemy lines and came out alive so I don't worry on that end too much. Caltrops are my favorite grenade (probably until I unlock the EMP @ rank 5) and I use them all the time.
Since I feel overall the operatives bring the least to the team as is, I definitely comm hack whenever I can to reveal enemy location, as well as homing beacons. When land-mines are present I do mark them, other than that I'm just a player defending or completing objectives as well as killing with the team.
I usually do score within the top 3 in the scoreboard, and if not, I most definitely usually get best operative at least, I've even joined games half finished and gotten best operative or rose to the top 3. So if any crew leaders looking to form are interested, reply to me here or send me a message (Gamer Tag: SnuggleDiet). I'm on west coast mountain time (GMT -7) and I work 2-8pm on weekdays so anytime before or after then I'll be on.
