They serve no Purpose and restrict me from playing with my friends. Please get rid of it

Are you playing on PC or Xbox? Last night (on PC) I tried to start a server with the "My Rank or Higher" option selected. My friend, who is a higher rank than me, was unable to join. However, he then made a game with the same character and the same option selected, and I could join his, even though I'm a lower rank.

im on xbox. It complicates things and doesnt make sense to me because im higher rank than my friend and yet when he chooses play with his rank and higher i cant join anyway sometimes. If you have a option to play people higher than you then why even single people lower than you out in the first place? there should just be a all skill level option.

The higher level always has to make lobby. You see there are no lobbies that are "your rank or higher" their is stricly "your rank" or their is "higher". It will always put you in the "your rank" lobby first making it impossible for the higher level to join.

Preventing a guy who has a lot of experience, better equipment, and 20 abilities from making a guy with 1 ability from hating the game because he can't stay alive is pointless? :spotted owl:

It's a good idea, but when you add in the lack of a party system, it just makes playing with your friends that much more of a pain in the ass.

I am aware of that but specifically said the Rank restrictions need to be gone. He didn't say anything about the lack of a party lobby. :thumbsup:

They should remove it for campaign since they balance the AI to the host. It svcks for my bud who is level 3 to play in my room at level 20 cause he gets his ass handed to him. Its not like ur playing people, ur killin bots.
