Hi im looking for weather mods like the "Outbreak Wms Mood Mod" that add some really awesome atmosphere to Fallout 3.
I just got bored with the same cloudy weather over and over again(i know its supposed to be the like this in the desert). I Just like to have some sand storm, abnormal weather conditions due to the fact it all happens after the nuclear holocaust.

So if someone could convert the WMS mod with the authors permission or make his own it would be very nice thanks.
