I've played all Challenges on at least 2-stars for the unlocks.
Then, I've played the full Resistance Campaign on Hard.


Now, at level 13, being happy as a Medium Engi with Gerund/Kross combo, I'm attempting the Security Campaign on Hard. And it's simply impossible.

Is it hard for me? Not really. I can get myself in tricky situations, but most of the time, I can set up good strategic positioned Turrets and landmines or kill at least 3 enemies before waiting for redeployment.
Never Medics though. Why?

The AI is useless.
Medics don't notice you, but when they do, they die.
Main objectives don't interest them, they just want to fight over command posts.
And the worst of all: Bots escorting other bots that are supposed to do the main objective, but don't even get close to it.

I always find myself trying to get near main objectives on many different ways, but strategic camping from the enemy team always stops me. Once or twice, they decide to escort me, which means messages saying I get buffed pop up and.... well nothing else, thats all they do. But even a fully buffed human player can't win a firefight against 8 enemy bots.


Can this be patched, or should I just stop trying the mission? I've tried it 5 different ways now, but it just won't work.

I'm playing a medium engineer on the security campaign set to normal difficulty, and I can't get past the Day 3 mission. After getting the data in that room, nobody wants to recapture the room from the camping bad guys. If they do go in there, they just keep dying. If I manage to grab the intel, I can't get squad support for anything.

After replaying that mission four times, I'm gaining levels all over the place.

I had problems with that mission until by dumb luck I had the objective about a minute to go and sprinted to the drop point, and NONE of the bad guys were there. It was pure, undiluted dumb luck that it happened like that, otherwise I'd be raging about it too.

First I play on Xbox. And have not played all the missions, just one but...you probably want to finish the challenges at 3 stars. You get upgraded weapons by doing that. Having completed Veteran Difficulty on CODMW, I know you have to just keep playing it over and over to get it. But, I'd make sure I have all the upgrades before trying to tackle the hardest difficulty level. Plus, your friends can join you in the campaign. You probably need some friends to assist.

3 Star challenges are for bragging. Please look up the Brink Bible to gain all knowledge.

Also, I have no Brink-playing friends.

finished the campaign on the first night. Get real team mates it helps, If you have no friends that play, join by setting it to public

I'm stuck on day 6 in the security but I can't get anyone to help because I'm on ps3
