I liked that Turbo was an in-game Bullet-Time effect; but also that it doesn't slow your physical speed too, unlike all the BT mods. However, I didn't like it's incredibly short duration.

This mod doubles the duration time from 3-4 seconds to 6-8 seconds (depending on if you have the longer chem duration perk).

Thought others might want this too, so I put it on the Nexus.
