My Opinion of Brink so far...

So... i heard some good things about the game and decided to get it on launch day. At first i thought the customization was cool and when i started the campaign i was like "dang this is gonna be a tough game to get used to". And at first i was thinking that it was just the guns i decided to start out with (Drognav wasn't a good choice =) ). But the more i play this game, the more disappointed i became... here's why.

1. The A.I. : How on earth can my AI be that stupid when the enemies have co-operation and even more damage output. To me it looks like the Campaign is set up like a multi-player match in a sense. So you think there would be balance among teams right? Wrong. I'm left doing the objective while my team is back at the re-spawn area and the other team is crowded around the objective..

2. The Challenges : All i can really say here is...WTF...For a Co-operation and teamwork based game, why on earth can't we do the *, **, and *** challenges for the unlocks with friends? That's just madness. I've tried every kind of tactic and looked up a few walkthroughs for Be More Objective * * and I can't find anything that works. The only time I've gotten even remotely close was as a heavy body type and there's no way i can run the Intel as a heavy. If I chose Medium i get stopped at either the Repair or Hack objective. It's ridiculous how much the AI doesn't help at all, and some say "just stay with your teammates and they will help more". That doesn't work either. The only thing that happens then would be me watching them die, or me dying and still watch them die afterwards...

3: The "Multiplayer" : Every match i go into there are people rubber banding and timing out left and right, and there is constant lag. And what the hell is the deal with Multiplayer being just the campaign but against players...where the hell is the creativity???

The more i play this game, the more i have regrets about spending 60$ on it...and if these problems stay the same this game will end up getting sold after i get 1000G because as of now this game has no re-playability that is even remotely interesting. I heard one guy say "This game has the graphics of a 60$ game, and the content and playability of an arcade game". And i agree completely. This games playability seems half-assed and i regret spending 60$ on a game thats worth 10-15$ imo.
