When I reach NV he is there as he should be, takes me to the elevator, then becomes the elevator boy (which is kind of a disappointment unless something changes later) anyways... the Victor outside telling me to go inside and see Mr.House is still there as if I never went telling me he is still waiting on me. As I said, minor thing compared to the hail storm coming down but still is a bit of a wrinkle in the game play for a later patch perhaps.
