I acquired the 10mm pistol extended magazine. I applied the mod to the 10mm weathered pistol that comes with the collectors pack. When using the modded weapon the gun does not appear in my characters hands. Also the screen becomes shifted to very grey appearance. (similar to way too much brightness). Bringing up pip boy causes a red flash and further video quirks. When the weapon is in use the mechanics of the game and crosshairs all work as they should. The video issues are tied directly to the pistol post mod. Now i simply use a different weapon and have no issues.

I also have intermittent auto save issues. As a result of auto saving the game freezes and upon reloading i only see the auto save from lvl 2 (my char is lvl 7). All manual saving is working properly.
