think i fixed my crashing issues

managed a 2 hour session with lots of game play things going on. still believe the game needs lots of work to make it more robust. here's what I did

http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1123594-i-give-up/ grrcrackers reply had some great links and I followed all his advice that applied. Its a bunch of steam troubleshooting links.

then I downloaded evga's utility to crank up my gfx card fan to max. I have a 285gtx and a lot of the crashes were video card stopped responding and recovered types. I suspect this game is more taxing then all of those other current shooters and RPGs and cause more heat issues on this card but what do I know.

The steam things allowed me to finally get a full integrity check complete if nothing else.

Hope this helps at least someone. Like i said. It's a flimsy game stability wise.

I am glad this worked for you and thank you for posting and telling how you did it so that others may benefit from it.

Mine is a little different but thanks to customers on these forums I maxed out at 4 hours game play yesterday before it tanked. I get blue screen of death now but it's worth it as I can game for much longer. Before it was unplayable. It's still sad I have to settle with this but... whatever.
