In the first leg of sidequest "You Can Depend on Me," you need to deliver a package to Dr Hildern at Camp McCarran. I have no option to deliver the package though, my only speech option with him is "Time for me to get going" (he replies "goodbye")

This glitch locks me out of 4 quests:
You Can Depend on Me
Pressing Matters
Heartache by the Number
Birds of a Feather

I also can't recruit Cass, or get the trophy for recruiting all companions.

This glitch is happening because I finished the sidequest "There Stands the Grass" before starting "You Can Depend on Me." At the end of "There Stands the Grass," I bartered with Dr Hildern to increase my cap reward...I think that's the trigger for this glitch.

Posting here on the slim hope that someone with Bethesda sees this (I saw in your "patch notice" sticky you're reading forum posts) and a fix finds a way into the next patch. Thanks...and by the way I completely love this game despite the glitches.

this is happening to me too.... they need to hop on this glitch crap instead of rolling around in their money they got for selling us a buggy/glitchy game that has a tendancy to decide it wants to take a nap and friken crash whenever it damn well pleases
