So hey there folks! I can't play more than five minutes of this supposedly awesome game. It freezes every time. No other game I have does this. I have done a full install. I have cleared the cache. I have deleted all files for the game and tried again. Nothing has any effect. I would love some real information from someone that is useful or at least tells me that the fine code monkeys know there is an issue and they are working on it. Thanks.

They may be working on it, but it may be a few days to a few weeks before there is a patch for the game. Troubleshoot your Xbox on microsoft and make sure its not a problem with your disc drive. Certain games (such as the Chronicles of Riddike) will not be read by certain disc drives. The xbox 360 has 3 different models, with a different type of disc drive in each model. You may have a Hitachi drive, Samsung drive, or other, and the laser may not read this particular game correctly.

As a first step, I would exchange the game for a different copy, and try again when you return home.
