Has anyone fooled around with the Junk Rounds Perk? Do you just craft standard ammo, or does it create a new "junk" type of ammo? I didn't see any reloading benches when I was playing earlier today. Can anyone fill me in?

Tin cans and scrap metal. Wich seem better than making metal lead to make bullets. I may pick this perk for my sniper.
