Ok I found it, In The Villa, Go to the door to solida south, turn around, walk, stay to the right, walk past the iron gate, next youll see a light on the wall, go into the doorway there, walk through door, Workbench. Also theres a toolbox, Ive been storing things there, dont know if the things will stay there. Also, have a 40 in explosives. Youll be able to get rid of more things, also collect wrenches.
