im locked in the theater and ive destroyed 2/3 and the quest mark is in that room for the third id imagine

In one of the nearby rooms in that hallway before it, you'll find a caset tape thing on a table in the corner of the room. It's a small room. Under the tape is the key you need. You'll need the tape right after anyway.
