Working for the Legion? : Fallout: New Vegas

Wassup guys had a quick question regarding the Legion. How the hell do I get to their main base or fort and where can I find the bases of the legion that give me missions? I am 50 something hours into the game and that is mainly exploring and discovering new locations, I am lvl 23 and I have no idea how to officially work for the legion. Keep in mind I am also "liked" by them.

When you leave the Tops after confronting Benny, Vulpes Inculta will meet you and give you a token and tell you where to go. If you kill Vulpes before this, some other guy will come, if you ignore him and kill either of them in the Strip you're out of luck
