A question about some settings I am looking at : Fallout: New Vegas

I am wondering if anyone can give me a quick translation of what these 5 settings do.

fRepairMax
fRepairMin
fRepairScavengeMult
fRepairSkillBase
fRepairSkillMax

I have been looking around and I cant seem to get any info on what these do and how they work. Anyone know?
