He was originally intended to be a companion in the main game, but he was cut. Considering that:

• He was in the Legion suit of the CE cards.
  
• Joshua Graham mentions that he is possibly a member of the Frumentari.

He is likely the Pro Legion companion that is sorely lacking from the main game.

He was in a vest with the prewar flag on it, I have the card. And I meant that he would become a follower, there has been no mention that he is going to be just that he was originally.

No, I mean he shares a card suit (Clubs I believe) with Caesar's Legion.



It was pure speculation on my part. But its not out of the question to expect him to be added as one, especially with everyone moaning about how the DLC companions cant be brought back to the main game, even when it makes sense for them (Dean/Follows-Chalk).

I'm guessing it's related to Big Empty. But, yes, the kids from "the School" are definitely the Sorrows' ancestors.
