Okay, so maybe I'm an idiot, but I cannot for the life of me figure out where to install my first mod, the d3d9 performance fix. (http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34970) All the instructions I can find are: "Install: Drop this in your Fallout New Vegas directory." WTF, where is that? I seem to be lost in a series of steam related directories in windows 7, none of which seem to be working. Help please.
