Skill books are random?

So far it seems like different people are reporting finding different skill books in different locations, with some people not finding any and most people only finding one or two. Was this intended?

Anyone found any so far? If so, then where?

I found like 4 skill books in one of he caves where the pre-war survivor stayed, all one them where place in the same pack.

Found BIG BOOK OF SCIENCE in Cueva Guaracho. on top ledge, open fence,then go through hole in backwall.Book was in crate next to workbench.
