» Fri May 25, 2012 10:22 pm I reinstalled Win 7 yesterday after loading my saves on to a flash drive.
Installed Windows and updates..blah blah.
Inserted flash drive to move saves back to New Vegas folders....only there were no saves on it.
I had mistakenly used my game save's flash drive for installing an SSD firm ware update.
Both flash drives are identical and I thought I had put the save flash drive somewhere safe....guess not.
274 hours gone...4 characters...one was actually hours from finally finishing the game ! I've had the game since release but never finished the MQ.
Don't know if I can start over....again.
A 22 would be fine.
I'm sorry to hear that though. 
However, think of the adventures that await your new character! I'm always thinking about my next character, when I'm close to the battle of the dam! Oh and well, you certainly owe it to yourself to FINALLY finish the game!
