I am currently on for the republic part 2 where you have to get information on what the omertas are up to and to do that your supposed to talk to receptionist however she has no diablogue for it and arrow is basically pointing at her.

Anyone with same issue or tips on how to fix this

Aye... I have the same bug. My suggestion at the moment (frustrated as i am) RAGEQUIT. ;(

You're not having the same problem as Raventaris, you've sided with the Omertas before initiating For The Republic Part 2. As [censored] as it may be, what's happening to you is what is supposed to happen.

Oh and about the whole thing with the quest marking floating in the lobby.. That's what happens with most of the main Faction quests. All they do is point you in the right direction to start the (second) quest required to complete them. The second quest in this case being How Little We Know.

You probably don't have any other choice than to lie to the NCR at this stage. Ever since you aquired the bomb/chlorine/whatever for the Omertas you locked yourself into that, even though you haven't actually handed it over yet.
