Im done with Modern Warfare 2 and online shooters. They get boring to fast for me because its the same thing over and over, there are so many glitches in this one i dont even know anymore. I love how IW doesn't keep up with the community. I think im never going to buy a game developed by IW again. MW2 was just a dissapointing experience for me.

I'm gonna keep playing and purchasing quality FPS (single player and multiplayer, though almost every FPS has multiplayer now). I'm having an extremely great time with Left4Dead 2 and sometimes I go back to L4D1.

What other multiplayer shooters have you played?

CoD4 is much better compared to MW2. They completely bombarded the game with kill streaks & flanking.

I never play online... I thought the campaign was good though. :shrug:

Personally I'd never pay $60 for game anyways. Beyond that, I think lots of the hate for MW2 is just like the "hate" for Halo. The Internet tries to make it out as the cool thing to do, when in reality all it does it blow the little flaws so out of proportion in your own mind that you end up unable to even look at it.

That's half the reason hanging around game forums is bad for you. It erodes your love of the game at hand, and even gaming as a whole if you spend too much time around them. Best to just stick with General Discussion like the CD here.

Just spend an hour at the Bnet forums and you'll suddenly be aware of about 400 different flaws in the game that you weren't aware of before...

I am on my 14 prestige (technically 10 on the xbox/4th account on the PC) on 4. I would probably play MW2 a lot more if I got it for the PC though.

The shell shock thing is stupid though, every so often your screen will just randomly shake. <_<

I agree with OP. I hate the maps, I hate the killstreaks, I hate the red jelly on the screen, I hate the glitchers. Above all I hate the maps.

You may have the opinion that modern warfare is not a good game but to create a thread just to rant about it serves as flamebait to all who enjoy the game. Better would be a thread to discuss the game and then state your opinion along with some reasons why and show interest in others opinions about it. Coming to state it is 2 svcks just doesn't seem like anything but flamebait so it is closed.
