I've got a strange issue, where during the intro while you are riding the cart, scenery is very low quality, and then suddenly you come up to the gate to enter Helgen and it's locked and closed and the cart just sits there with you trapped in it.

Any ideas where this issue is coming from?

Did general tullius (man on horse) run off to fight something? hes the trigger for that gate to open
