If you let her live until later in the quest line the following happens....

She will be helpless burnt to a crisp begging u to kill her and you get the Dagger of Woe which has 5 hp drain enchantment on it.

You get 3000 gold from the imperials. And no, it's not leveled. It's a flat 3k. But you can only kill her in the shack when you're kidnapped.

Pretty good early-game money.

YOU GOT TO RORIKSTEAD TO SOME IMEPRIAL COMMANDER, WHO GIVE YOU THE PASSWORD TO THE SANCTUARY, WHERE YOU GO ON TO KILL ALL OF THE MEMBERS, THUS ELMINATING THE DB

Do the storyline of the dark brotherhood and eventually she will betray you and you get to kill her and become leader of the DB

there are 3 achievements associated with the dark brotherhood line. If you choose to kill her and the rest of the dark brotherhood you'll have to do a separate play through to get all the achievements.

Spoiler

If you complete the Dark Brotherhood line you are rewarded with a flat 20,000 gold (which is easily enough to get you started down the enchanting=infinity money train). If you kill them you get 3000.
