"Season Unending" quest problem!

Post » Sat May 26, 2012 11:26 pm

Hi all,

I was given a quest back by Galmar to kill an ice wraith. I didn't do it immediately. Later on after I had been given the quest "Season Unending" I had to go to Ulfric and the Imperial General Tullius, but when I spoke to Ulfric he said to go see Galmar. I decided to do the ice wraith quest and went to speak with Galmar upon completion. But when I tried to talk to him there was no dialogue option and I couldn't complete the quest. I tried to talk to ulfric again but he said the same thing: "Go speak with galmar". If I spoke to Galmar he would just say: "I can't believe you tried to convince Ulfric to speak with the imperials, waste of time...".

I noticed that is a common problem of many people, so please Bethesda try to fix it!!!

If anyone other have the same problem post a response below!!!!

And I'm sorry to all for my bad english (I'm Italian)

Bye!

Hi there; similar problem for me.

I'm at the same stage in the main quest line - I have to convince Tullius and Ulfric to sit down together and have a chat with the Greybeards. I can convince Ulfric fine, but with Tullius my dialogue is limited to either "take the oath to join the imperials", or "think it over a little more" (paraphrased).

Obviously I've done the first stage in joinging the imperials (cleared out a fort) and reported back to the Nord General (or is it Legate?) standing opposite Tullius, but I don't want to take it any further and join the Imperials. Surely Tullius has other things to talk about than me joining the Imperial ranks.... I would think that when I click "think it over", it should return me to a broader set of topics to discuss with him, including getting him to the meeting with Ulfric and the Greybeards... instead it just exits dialogue with him.

Please fix this ASAP - I want to continue the main story!

On a lighter note, kudos Bethesda - put simply, it's an outstanding game. I expected something superb to continue The Elder Scrolls, and boy did you guys deliver!

Peace.

y

I haven't joined the stormcloaks either - keeping my options open.
